PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF CHILD CARER in Skopje (Cair) and Topaana (Cair)The project: \"Improving the recruitment of women from minority communities through profiling/ assessment, training and job counseling\", funded by the EU, started with implementation from 28 November 2012 and will last 15 months. The project is implementing by a consortium of four organizations: International Organization Internationaler Bund e.V., Verbund Württemberg (Germany), Associations of citizens of the RM \"DERYA\" from Skopje, \"IRHOM\" from Skopje and the Women\'s Forum - Tetovo The project is financed by the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013 (IPA Component IV).Association of citizens of the RM “Derya” and association of citizens Irhom Topaana are announcing the call for recruitment of 3 child carer for the keeping and takes care of children from age (3 to 11), during organization of training courses in Skopje.Recrutied child carer will be recruited for the period of 7 months.Each selected child carer shall closely work with the Training Manager appointed for certain location in Skopje (Cair) . Criteria for selection:- Completed secondary education- Proven work experience in providing child care services, especially in multi-ethnic communities;- Good communication skills.- In Good Health- Without previous convictionsExpected deliverables: - Working diary to be submitted to the Training Manager- Pedagogic caring planHOW TO APPLY: Organization ‘DERYA’ and Irhom Topaana invites all interested candidates to apply for a child carer(three for Skopje (Cair, Topaana), by submitting the following:- Motivation Letter, by indicating the vacant position (each candidate could apply only for one position or may indicate second one in case it is not selected for the first);- Curriculum Vitae (in standard EU format, available at the following link: ec.europa.eu/europeaid/work/procedures/implementation/services/documents/b8_h_annexivexperts_en.doc);- Copies of references. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited for an interview. Applications with incomplete and invalid documents received after the deadline set in the public announcement will not be considered for further selection.Note: Civil servants and other staff currently employed by public administrations of the Beneficiary Country are not eligible to apply as child carers. Child carers must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities defined by this public announcement. The selected child carer will need to sign a declaration of availability.
