PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF A TEACHER FOR THE TURKISH LANGUAGE25 October 2013, FridayThe EU funded project \"Improving the employability of women from minority communities through profiling / assessment, training and job counseling (EEWOM)” s being implemented by a consortium of four organizations: International Organization Internationaler Bund eV, Verbund Württemberg (Germany), Associations of citizens of the RM \"DERYA\" from Skopje, \"IRHOM\" from Skopje and the Women\'s Forum - Tetovo. EEWOM is financed by the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013 (IPA Component IV).The Organization of Turkish women in RM “DERYA” is announcing the call for recruitment of a teacher for the Turkish language. The teacher shall be recruited for the period of 3 to 4 months within the overall project duration due to implementation of project activities and conducting training courses. The training courses shall be conducted in the premises already equipped within the project and managed by the Grant Beneficiary and its partner organizations.Each selected teacher (trainer) works closely with the Training Manager appointed for Skopje (Cair) and performs the following tasks:- Assess the level of skills of the candidates; - Define the training programme (curriculum) of the training course and its outcomes at the beginning of the assignment (first 10 working days); - Design the training course, which has to be adjusted to the assessed level of the skills;- Develop training materials and training plans, as well regular update; - Delivery of training courses in duration of November-February 2013 (each training shall be implemented two times per week); - Draft monthly training reports and final training report and submission to Training Manager. Expected deliverables: - Training programme (curriculum) explaining the methodology used for the training course; - Training plan; - Monthly training reports to be submitted to the Training Manager;- Final training report and evaluation of participants’ feedback of the course; - Learning outcomes; - Training materials. For the purpose of conducting training courses in Skopje-Chair, the following vacant position within the project is announced:1) Teachers who will implement the Turkish Language course in Skopje, in Municipality of Cair (1 teacher)Criteria for selection: At least Bachelor of Turkish language and literature; At least one training programme / curricula developed and conducted on Turkish language skills; Ability to work in a team; Good communication skills.How to apply: Organization ‘DERYA’ invites all interested candidates to apply as a teacher by submitting the following:- Motivation Letter, by indicating the vacant position (each candidate could apply only for one position or may indicate second one in case it is not selected for the first);- Curriculum Vitae (in standard EU format, available at the following link: ec.europa.eu/europeaid/work/procedures/implementation/services/documents/b8_h_annexivexperts_en.doc);- Proofs for working experience;- Copies of certificates and or references.Interested candidates are invited to submit the required documents with the subject “Application for the project position” within 7 working days after the publication of this public call for recruitment of teachers (trainers) to the following e-mail address: eselmusli@hotmail.comDeadline for applications is 31 October 2013 (17:00h)All candidates shall be ranked on the basis of an assessment against the above given criteria for each position. Teachers must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities defined by this public announcement. The selected teachers will need to sign a declaration of availability.
