PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF JOB COACHES
in Skopje (Cair-Topaana)

The project: "Fit for the Future", funded by the EU, started with implementation from 24 December 2016 and will last 12 months. The project is implemented by a consortium of two organizations: International Organization Internationaler Bund e.V., IB Süd (Germany) and Associations of citizens "Irhom Topaana" from Skopje. The project is financed by the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013 (IPA Component IV).
Association of citizens “IRHOM TOPAANA” is announcing the call for recruitment of job coaches for the explained areas below that could carry out the project activities. Recruited project staff will be recruited for the period of 11 months within the overall project duration due to implementation of project activities and conducting project activities. Training courses shall be conducted in the premises already equipped within the project and managed by the Grant Beneficiary and its partner organizations.
Each selected job coach shall closely work with the local project Manager appointed for certain location in Skopje (Cair or Topaana).

For the position of job coach, it is foreseen to perform the following tasks:
- Assess the level of skills of the participants;
- Develop personal help plan for assigned participants;
- Provide career guidance, coaching and group activities;
- Develop and conduct workshops on soft skills and empowerment;
- Outreach work in duration of February-July 2017 and social pedagogical support in duration of September-December 2017;
- Drafting monthly progress reports and final report and submission to Local Project Manager;
- Participation in relevant project-related events.

Expected deliverables:
- Implementation plan for outreach work programme;
- Outreach action plan (draft and continuous improvement; identification of good practice);
- Individual help plan for participants;
- Curriculum for workshops on soft skills etc.;
- Monthly progress reports to be submitted to the Local Project Manager;
- Final report and evaluation of participants’ feedback of the Job Coaching (Vocational Inclusion Programme Part 1) and job coaches’ parts of Training Workshops (Vocational Inclusion Programme Part 2); .
- Documentation on career guidance, social pedagogical support etc.


For the purpose of conducting training courses in Skopje (Topaana), the following vacant positions within the project are announced:

Job coaches who will implement the outreach programme in Skopje, on the territory of the Municipality of Cair (6 Job coaches)

Criteria for selection:
- Bachelor of Social work and politics studies or Bachelor in Pedagogy
or at least 1 year experience in NGO sector focusing on minorities;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good communicational skills.

Deadline for applications is 14 February 2017 (17:00h).

All candidates shall be ranked on basis of assessment against the above given criteria for each position. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited for an interview.

Applications with incomplete and invalid documents received after the deadline set in the public announcement will not be considered for further selection.

Note:
Civil servants and other staff currently employed by public administrations of the Beneficiary Country are not eligible to apply as experts.
Job coaches must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities defined by this public announcement.
The selected job coaches will need to sign a Declaration of availability.
